Q: Do you deliver to my area?
A: We currently provide free delivery within 10 miles-ish of Oak Brook. If there's a day we're coming your way and you're close, we're happy to add you to that schedule for free. We do deliver to greater Chicago for a delivery fee to be determined by distance, or for free if we have two bookings the same day near you. Take advantage of our 15% off deal! If you book your home and a friend in your town books their home, 15% off and free delivery for both of you.Â
Email us at trayce@luxepumpkins.com with requests. We’ll be delivering to a much wider area (for free) next year! And, be sure to sign up for our email list to be notified of early bird specials for 2026.
Q: Do I need to be home when you deliver?
 A: Not at all. We don't need access. If you’re out, you’ll arrive home to a beautiful surprise! If you are home, please come out and say hello.
Q: How do I know when you're coming?
We'll text you our delivery window 48 hours before arrival.Â
Q: Who will be here setting up?
Trayce, our owner (me!) and her "muscle." Moving pumpkins is hard work so one or two guys join her to do the heavy lifting.Â
Q: Do you offer same-day delivery?
A: Not at this time. We deliver on scheduled days to ensure freshness and quality.
🚛 Pick Up & Clean Up
If you choose to have Luxe Pumpkins pick up and dispose of your display during the first week of November (date TBA), there's nothing you need to do! They'll magically disappear. Pick up is offered as an add-on when you choose your package.
We will sweep up after ourselves, but you may have to hose your porch some.Â
Remember! Luxe can't pick up pumpkins that have been sprayed with any chemicals or carved. Pumpkins that have been carved mold fairly quickly. We can't feed these pumpkins to the farm animals.
If you want to carve some of your Luxe Pumpkin display, terrific! We suggest you dispose of those pumpkins at a local Pumpkin SMASH event.
