🧡 About Our Pumpkins
Q: Where do your pumpkins come from?
A: We source from trusted Illinois farms, selecting each pumpkin for exceptional form, color, and character.
Q: What makes Luxe Pumpkins different?
A: We curate pumpkins the way others curate flowers or art. Each piece is chosen for its beauty and paired to create elevated seasonal designs. And yes, I drive all over central Illinois looking for special things.
Q: Do you only sell orange pumpkins?
A: No! We feature a wide range, from ghostly whites to dusky blues, soft greens, and richly speckled heirlooms. We also source the most unique, sometimes weird, gourds to add a unique touch to every client’s display.
🚚 Ordering & Delivery
Q: Do you deliver to my area?
A: We currently deliver within 10 miles of Oak Brook. If you’re not in that area, send me an email. There might be a day we’re heading your way. (We’ll be delivering to a much wider area in 2026!)
Q: Do I need to be home when you deliver?
A: No. If you’re out, you’ll arrive home to a beautiful surprise! If you are home, please say hello.
Q: Do you offer same-day delivery?
A: Not at this time. We deliver on scheduled days to ensure freshness and quality.
🎃 Care & Longevity
Q: Do you have tips for keeping pumpkins fresh?
A: Yes. Before we arrive, we’ll send you our tips on keeping your pumpkins fresh as long as possible.
Q: Can I carve these pumpkins?
A: Sure you can. One caveat. Carving significantly shortens their lifespan. If you do carve them, we won't be able to collect them in November. Carved pumpkins mold quickly and we can't feed that to farm animals.
🍂 After the Season
Q: What happens when I’m done with my pumpkins?
A: In November, we offer collection. All pumpkins we gather are returned to local farms where animals enjoy them — truly farm to farm.
Q. What if I treated my pumpkins with something other than what you recommend? For example, deer spray, hair spray or, if I put candles in them.
A. We cannot collect those pumpkins. We deliver our used pumpkins directly to farms and they must be safe for the pigs, cows, horses and goats.
Q: Can I keep mine longer?
A: Of course! If your pumpkins are still in good shape, you’re welcome to enjoy them as long as they last. If October is cool, they could make it to Thanksgiving. Many heirloom varieties last into the holidays.

Q: Do you create custom arrangements?
A: Yes! We can design custom assortments for backyards, mantels, entryways, and events. Reach out to us directly for details.
Q: Do you work with businesses or events?
A: Absolutely. We love helping boutiques, restaurants, and event planners bring fall style to their spaces.
Q: Can I request specific colors or sizes?
A: Yes — let us know your preferences and we’ll do our best to curate exactly what you have in mind.
🛒 Policies
Q: What if my pumpkin arrives damaged?
A: We don't use damaged pumpkins, but if something isn’t right, contact us within 24 hours. We’ll replace it.
Q: Do you accept returns?
A: Because pumpkins are perishable, we don’t accept returns.
