Refund policy
Returns
There is no return process.
Payment: Do in full at time of booking.
Cancellations: Full refund 14+ days before installation, 50% within 7 days, none within 48 hours. Refund payment may take up to one week to process and will be returned in the manner it was recieved.
Natural Products: No refunds for natural variations in pumpkin size, color, or shape; no refunds for natural deterioration post-installation
Force Majeure: No refunds for delays due to weather, supply issues, or other circumstances beyond your control
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Luxe Pumpkins will remove any pumpkins that are obviously mushy and may exchange them for a new one. Replacing pumpkins is at the sole discretion of Luxe Pumpkins.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
There is no individual process for refunds. We will make every effort to replace pumpkins with issues.
